Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before your day on the water. Can't find your answer? Message us and we'll reply, usually within the hour.
How do I book a yacht?
Send an enquiry through the form on our homepage or message Nektarios on WhatsApp with your date, number of guests and the kind of day you have in mind. We reply with a short list of available yachts and clear pricing, usually within the hour. Your charter is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
What is included in the price?
Every charter comes with a captain and crew. What else is included, such as fuel, water toys or refreshments, varies by yacht and is listed in your quote. Florida sales tax and a gratuity for the crew are usually added on top. Your final quote always shows the full amount before you pay anything.
How many guests can we bring?
Each yacht shows its maximum number of guests. This is a legal and safety limit set for that vessel, and every person on board counts, including children and babies. If your group is larger, we can suggest a bigger yacht or two yachts travelling together.
Where do charters depart from?
It depends on the yacht. Our yachts depart from marinas between Palm Beach and Key West, and the departure points for each yacht are listed in its details. We confirm the exact marina and meeting time with your booking.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
On most yachts you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We can also arrange a private chef, catering, a cake or decorations for you. Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol, and the captain may limit alcohol for safety.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first, and the captain has the final say on whether it is safe to go out. If the captain cancels or cuts a charter short because of weather, we work with you to reschedule. Light rain or clouds usually do not stop a charter. See our booking terms for details.
Can we swim and use water toys?
Yes, on most yachts. Many include a floating mat or paddleboards, and jet skis, Seabobs and other toys can often be added. Swimming stops, such as the Haulover sandbar, depend on the weather and the captain's judgement on the day.
Do you arrange trips to the Bahamas or multi-day charters?
Yes. We arrange multi-day and week-long charters, including trips to the Bahamas. Every guest needs a valid passport for the Bahamas, and the crossing depends on sea conditions. Tell us your dates and we will plan the route with the captain.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome on most yachts. They count towards the guest limit, and life jackets in children's sizes are available. Let us know ages when you enquire so the crew can prepare.
Can you help with more than the yacht?
Yes. As your concierge we can arrange luxury villas, private security, chauffeured transport, airport pick-ups, chefs, photographers, DJs and decor, so your whole stay is handled by one person.
